Service Description
Book a one-hour face-to-face appointment with the PIN tax team for the preparation of a standard individual tax return. The base fee is $329 + GST, payable at the time of booking. This includes the preparation of one standard individual tax return and up to one hour of professional time. Additional fees may apply for rental properties, investments, capital gains, cryptocurrency, foreign income, sole trader or side-hustle income, multiple tax returns, additional schedules, complex matters or extra professional time. After booking, you will receive an Individual Tax Return Questionnaire to complete before your appointment. Our team will review your information and confirm any additional work and costs with you before your return is lodged.
Cancellation Policy
Payment and booking All tax return appointments must be paid in full at the time of online booking. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Cancellations and refunds Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund or a 100% credit toward a rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded. If you do not attend your appointment without providing notice, the full booking fee will be forfeited. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment online at no additional cost up to 24 hours before the appointment. Documents and service commencement If your appointment cannot proceed because the required tax documents have not been provided, it will be treated as a late cancellation. No refund is available once the consultation or document review has commenced. Changes initiated by PIN If PIN needs to reschedule your appointment due to accountant unavailability or an emergency, you will receive priority rebooking or a full refund.
